Artist’s Statement
My mission is to provide an aesthetic visual experience for the viewer.
I paint oil paintings on canvas in the impressionistic style. The subject
matter is landscapes, seascapes, flowers, animals and still life. My desire
is to enhance the surroundings of everyday life in a positive way. To
me, there is much ugliness in the world and I wish to create beauty to
enjoy. The majority of my paintings are standard size - 16” x 20”
to 24” x 36”.
